Through New Jersey’s Interdistrict Public School Choice Program, students from outside the district can also join through a lottery-based process. During the 2023–2024 school year, LVR enrolled around 663 students in grades nine through twelve. The student body reflects the character of its surrounding communities, with approximately 79 percent identifying as White, 13 percent as Hispanic, 4 percent as Asian, and 2 percent as Black or African American, while others identify as multiracial or from different backgrounds.
About one in five students qualified for free or reduced-price lunch, highlighting the district’s awareness of economic diversity. Enrollment has remained steady over time, a sign of consistent community trust and engagement across its three municipalities.
