The regular at the event, Bayou Blues Guitar’s Ed Wentling been coming out here to sell his cigar box electric guitars, for five years. The celebration saw some old and some new faces that lit up the place with their amazing performances.

Good art and food in one place

The coordinator of the festival, Lori Factor said, they have added new booths one of them will silent auction the work of the Student Art Association, and another one will host authors to encourage literary arts. In music the pipe organ crawl was new.

The Executive Committee member for the American Guild of Organists Youngstown, Sean Baran said, “Bringing the pipe organ crawl to the festival was the perfect plan to raise awareness about the “King of Instruments.” Further, he added, “What we really hope people learn is that pipe organs aren’t just church instruments and that more people will take interest in them.”

Than Baran showed the performing three pipe organs of Youngstown at St. John’s Episcopal Church and St. Columba Cathedral. The music was soothing to the listeners who have gathered around in numbers and witnessed first-hand how these instruments work.

The event was full of music, art dealers from different genres, and plenty of refreshments if you get tired or hungry. The perfect place to enjoy your weekends with your family and friends.

This kind of festival is done to introduce young children to art, and if we want to see them grow and create something extraordinary by themselves, we have to allow them to roam around and soak in these festivities, said Factor.

The Wine and Jazz fest brought down the curtain on the highly successful event, where there was something for everyone to enjoy at the event.
